Returns and Exchanges

For the safety of our customers. ALL JEWELRY is FINAL SALE. No Returns or Exchanges are allowed once purchased.

Damages and Issues

If the product(s) arrive broken or defective, please reach out to us immediately at For.eternityshop@gmail.com, and once inspected, we will provide you with a return label stating a 14-day return date starting from the delivery date. All returned items must be in its original packaging. This message Excludes Personalized items.

Please inspect your order upon arrival, if the wrong items were sent or you did not receive your full products, email us so we can evaluate the issue.

Stolen or Lost Mail

We first want to apologize if your package got lost or stolen, however For Eternity is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen mail. Please contact the carrier if this happens.
